We are looking for a talented Adobe CDP Specialist with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP).

Location : Chennai / Hyderabad Onsite.

Experience : 4 to 6 Years.

Job Responsibilities :

- Design and implement XDM schemas for scalable data models.

- Manage data ingestion pipelines (batch + streaming).

- Configure and optimize Identity Resolution across customer data sources.

- Establish data governance & privacy controls.

- Build and manage audience segmentation for real-time activation.

- Integrate AEP with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, Experience Cloud apps.

- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot platform issues.

Mandatory Skills :

- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

- Real-Time CDP / RTCDP.

- XDM Schema Design.

- Identity Management & Audience Segmentation.

- Data ingestion workflows / APIs.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

- Certification in Adobe RTCDP.

- Customer Journey Personalization.

- GDPR / CCPA privacy concepts.
