Position : Campaign Manager Adobe Campaign Classic

Location : India (Remote/On-site)

Market Focus : French Market

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Campaign Manager with hands-on expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic to manage and optimize CRM campaigns for the French market. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with international stakeholders to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities :


- Translate business requirements into technical workflow designs within Adobe Campaign Classic.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams (including database and marketing teams) to plan and execute CRM communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and digital channels.

- Create, test, and deploy CRM and email marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic.

- Build, customize, and optimize end-to-end campaign workflows from requirement gathering and development to execution, QA, and delivery.

- Segment and target audiences effectively for personalized communication.

- Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance, ensuring successful and timely delivery.

- Design and execute promotions, automated journeys, and trigger-based campaigns using tools like Stripo or similar.

- Develop web personalization initiatives using Adobe Target.

- Create web applications, surveys, and scripts within Adobe Campaign (basic JavaScript knowledge preferred).

- Prepare weekly performance reports on metrics such as open rate, CTR, and conversion, along with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience :


- 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM, campaign management, or email marketing.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic (mandatory).

- Proven ability to build and segment audiences within marketing automation platforms.

- Experience in executing multi-channel customer engagement campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app).

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).

- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders across geographies.

- Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth, SaaS, or e-commerce environments preferred.

- Experience working with multinational or multi-market teams is an advantage.
