Adobe Campaign Lead

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support Adobe Campaign implementations, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

- Design and develop schemas, technical workflows, campaigns, and integrations with external data sources such as CRMs and other platforms.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, define requirements, and design scalable marketing automation solutions.

- Prepare and maintain technical design documents, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy, test, and optimize campaigns for performance and scalability.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and ensure delivery quality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Campaign configurations, workflows, or integrations.

- Participate in client discussions to understand new use cases, recommend improvements, and ensure optimal campaign performance.

- Contribute to establishing and improving best practices, performance tuning, and deployment methodologies for Adobe Campaign.

- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and are delivered within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in designing schemas, campaigns, workflows, and integrations with external systems such as CRMs.

- Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for campaign personalization and email template customization.

- Solid understanding of deployment methodologies and performance optimization techniques for Adobe Campaign.

- Ability to analyze requirements, provide accurate estimations, and ensure high-quality technical delivery.

- Excellent communication skills and experience in client interaction and stakeholder management.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of SQL scripting and API integrations.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git).

- Experience mentoring junior developers and managing small technical teams
