Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Adobe AEM/CQ Architect with 1012 years of hands-on development experience and a proven track record of implementing full-cycle AEM projects.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in AEM architecture, development, and integration across enterprise-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions using Adobe AEM/CQ.

- Architect and develop components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and integrations.

- Lead end-to-end AEM project delivery including requirement analysis, design, development, and deployment.

- Define and enforce AEM architecture standards, best practices, and performance optimizations.

- Integrate AEM with third-party systems, APIs, and internal enterprise services using both frontend (AJAX, cookies) and backend (Servlet, OSGi, Sling) components.

- Troubleshoot complex issues by analyzing heap dumps, thread dumps, and performance bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI, backend, DevOps, and QA to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Technical Skills :

AEM Core :

- AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), Workflows (custom & OOTB), Multi-Site Manager (MSM), Dispatcher filters, and mapping rules.

Frameworks :

- Sling Web Framework, Apache Felix OSGi framework.

Frontend :

- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.

Backend :

- Java, Servlets, OSGi, Sling Models.

Integrations :

- REST APIs, third-party services, and internal systems.

Tools :

- Dispatcher, CRXDE, Maven, Jenkins, Git.

Databases :

- Experience working with various database systems for data integration and performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Adobe Certified AEM Architect or Developer certification.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
