Job Description :
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve AdMedias advertiser-facing platform, including AdCenter,reporting, campaign management, conversion tracking, and performance insights. This role is responsible for building abest-in-class advertiser experience that drives transparency, trust, and performance. You will work closely withEngineering, Ad Ops, Sales, Data, and Leadership to modernize our platform and make it competitive with top-tier adplatforms.
Job Location : Remote (Anywhere in India)
Shift Timing : 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 AM IST
Experience : 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities :
What You will Own :
- End-to-end ownership of AdCenter.
- Campaign management workflows.
- Reporting & analytics (dimensions, metrics, custom reports).
- Conversion tracking & attribution UX.
- Budgeting, pacing, alerts, notifications.
- Performance dashboards and insights.
- Self-serve roadmap evolution.
What You will Do :
- Define product strategy and roadmap for advertiser-facing tools.
- Translate business goals into detailed product requirements.
- Lead discovery and validate problems with advertisers & internal stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering to ship high-quality features.
- Improve reporting transparency and performance insights.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce Ad Ops.
- Measure feature impact via KPIs (ROAS, retention, adoption, activation)
What We are Looking For :
- 4 to 7 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience building enterprise or B2B SaaS platforms.
- Direct experience in affiliate marketing, ad tech, performance marketing, or media buying platforms.
- Strong understanding of : Campaign structures, Attribution, Conversion tracking (GTM, pixels, click IDs), Performancereporting.
- Comfortable working with data (SQL knowledge is a plus).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Bonus :
- Experience building reporting or BI-style dashboard.
- Familiarity with Google Ads / Meta Ads / Taboola / CJ / Impact-style platforms
