Job Description :
Were building an intelligent AdTech automation platform that helps marketers optimize campaigns, automate workflows, and scale results across Google, Meta, and other ad networks. As a Product Manager, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution working closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to bring automation and intelligence to digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute the product roadmap for an AdTech optimization and automation platform.
- Translate customer insights, analytics, and market trends into product requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, user-centric automation tools (bidding, reporting, performance monitoring, etc.).
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure a simple, intuitive experience for media buyers and advertisers.
- Define metrics for success, monitor performance, and iterate based on feedback.
- Partner with marketing and business teams for product launches, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Stay updated with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft Ads) and automation technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 4-8 years of product management experience in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, etc.).
- Experience with automation, analytics, or AI-driven products.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Technical background or experience working with data/engineering teams preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Bonus :
- Experience building or managing rule engines or optimization systems.
- Exposure to campaign management or PPC automation tools (e.g., Optmyzr, Marin, Skai).
- Knowledge of APIs, dashboards, and third-party ad integrations.
