Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and intuitive UI Developer with strong expertise in building dynamic, high-performance web applications and experience working in product-based companies.

You will be part of a core team developing interactive and technically robust products for Admaren.

Key Responsibilities :

- Thinking user-first, always.

- Design and implement interactive, user-friendly, and responsive UI components for a technical web application.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate business and user needs into highly usable and performant interfaces.

- Develop reusable components and front-end architecture for consistency and scalability across the app.

- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation from Figma/UX designs.

- Optimize UI for performance and responsiveness across browsers and screen sizes.

- Handle complex UI interactions such as drag-and-drop panels, modals, multi-view layouts, nested tables, stateful forms, and data-heavy components.

- Contribute to UI testing, debugging, and code reviews.

- Stay updated without hassle with modern front-end development trends, frameworks, and performance techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in modern front-end development.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/Styled Components.

- Proficiency with Angular and other frameworks.

- Solid understanding of component-driven development and front-end architecture.

- Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and Figma-to-code translation.

- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG standards), and responsive design.

- Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.) and API integration (REST/GraphQL).

- Hands-on experience building and maintaining data-intensive UIs with real-time updates, nested views, and interaction flows.

- Ability to work with Git or similar.

Preferred (Bonus) skills & Qualifications :

- Experience in maritime, logistics, engineering, or enterprise software domains.

- Experience in React.js or Vue.js.

- Experience with 3D visualization libraries (like Three.js), SVG interactivity, or canvas-based UI.

- Familiarity with Figma, SaaS, or any utility-first CSS frameworks.

- Understanding of performance profiling tools (e.g., Lighthouse, React DevTools).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
