Key Responsibilities :

- Thinking user-first, always.

- Work closely with UX designers and product teams to bring concepts to life.

- Ensure pixel-perfect translation of designs into interactive UIs.

- Deliver responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible interfaces.

- Optimize rendering performance for smooth, high-quality experiences.

- Contribute to testing, debugging, and polishing UIs for reliability and usability.

- Keep up with modern UI design patterns, frameworks, and best practices to continuously

improve our product experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of professional experience as a UI Developer.

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling practices (SCSS, Styled Components,

etc.

- Experience in responsive design and deep knowledge of accessibility (WCAG standards).

- Ability to work with Figma or similar tools to translate visual designs into production-ready

UIs.

- Understanding of UI performance optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to maritime, logistics, or enterprise software domains.

- Familiarity with JavaScript UI behaviors, animations, and micro-interactions.

- Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks (basic working knowledge only).

- Knowledge of SVG, canvas, or lightweight visualization techniques.

- Hands-on experience with utility-first CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind).

- Agile/Scrum team exposure.
