About the Role :

We're looking for an - UI/UX Designer- who can craft seamless digital experiences for diverse client projects and internal products.

As part of our - Product Engineering team- , you'll work on end-to-end design, from understanding client requirements and user journeys to delivering pixel-perfect interfaces.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on - end-to-end design- across multiple projects, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity visuals and prototypes.

- Collaborate with - frontend developers, QA engineers, and project managers- to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.

- Use - AI-driven design tools- to speed up workflows and enhance design delivery.

- Conduct - user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis- to inform and validate design decisions.

- Create and maintain - design systems and reusable components- in Figma for scalability and consistency.

- Demonstrate strong - product thinking and problem-solving- ability to translate business goals into effective design outcomes.

- Manage tasks independently with a sense of - ownership- and accountability.

- Adapt and deliver high-quality designs in a - fast-paced, dynamic project environment- .

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience as a - UI/UX Designer or Product Designer- in an agency, IT services, or product engineering setup.

- Strong proficiency in Figma- and interactive prototyping tools- .

- Hands-on experience in both UI (visual design, interactions)- and - UX (flows, wireframes, testing)- .

- Familiarity with AI-based design tools- to enhance efficiency.

- Solid research, communication, and collaboration- skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Good to Have :

- Experience in creating - visual assets- such as illustrations, pitch decks, and marketing slides.

- Exposure to - client-facing design discussions- and understanding business requirements.

- Basic knowledge of - frontend frameworks- for better design-development collaboration
