Tasks and Responsibilities :

- Ensure right level of functional excellence within the team by building, maintaining, and securing product knowledge and Engineering capabilities

- Deployment and uses of Product Engineering Process (PEP) and all applicable processes

- Execute resource planning, allocation, and tracking

- Anticipate risks and execute measures to enable the team to achieve project goals

- Execute implementation of Engineering strategy

- Implement Routine management and drive supportive actions

- Drive innovation within Products and continuous improvement of Engineering processes

Required Skills :

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Product Engineering in the automotive industry and Embedded System based Product Development

- Experience in team building, mentoring and competence development

- Technical Experience in ADAS Control Algorithm Development is a must

- Experience in Radar, Camera and LIDAR development will be an added advantage

- Experience in global stakeholder management is preferred

- Must have good knowledge ADAS Regulations

- Must have good knowledge in ADAS Internal/External Functional Interactions

- Able to comprehend System schematic & ECU in terms of EE Architecture

- Experience in project management & change management

- Experience in Rapid Prototyping and Vehicle Driving experience will be an added advantage
