Job Description

About the Role :

We are seeking a solution-driven Adaptive Developer to join our Finance Systems team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday Adaptive Planning models to support enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, optimize financial processes, and ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, and other business systems.


Key Responsibilities :

Adaptive Planning Development & Maintenance :

- Design, configure, and maintain Adaptive Planning models including assumptions, drivers, sheets, accounts, and dimensions.

- Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.

Integration & Data Management :

- Build and maintain integrations between Adaptive Planning and ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday Financials), CRM platforms, and other enterprise applications.

- Ensure data integrity, governance, and security across the planning ecosystem.

Process Optimization :

- Maintain and optimize workflows and version structures for forecasts and budgets.

- Drive automation, process improvements, and performance optimization within Adaptive Planning.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Partner with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to align planning tools with business needs.


Qualifications & Experience :

Education : Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Experience :

- 3+ years of hands-on Adaptive Planning development experience.

- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

- Proven experience integrating Adaptive Planning with ERP and CRM platforms.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in formulas, scripts, calculated fields, and planning logic.

- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) is a plus.

- Knowledge of data transformation, automation, and API-based integrations preferred.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Self-starter with a continuous improvement approach
