Key Responsibilities :

- Fine-tune and develop custom ML/LLM models for domain-specific use cases

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

- Work with Vector Databases for embedding storage and semantic search

- Build and maintain robust APIs for ML services integration

- Deploy production-ready ML solutions and monitor system performance

- Optimize models and systems for scalability, efficiency, and reliability

- Conduct code reviews, follow Git workflows, and ensure best development practices

- Perform debugging, profiling, and memory optimization of complex applications

- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Skills Required :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development

- Strong experience in model fine-tuning and custom model development

- Practical knowledge of RAG techniques and Vector Databases

- Experience in API development and integrating ML models into applications

- Experience deploying and maintaining production systems

- Strong understanding of Git workflows and collaborative development

- Experience in SaaS, data-intensive applications, or startup environments is a plus
