About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer / AI Lead to design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI integrations, and RAG-based architectures. This role involves leading AI-driven innovation, mentoring teams, and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions for large-scale business applications.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Solution Design & Development :

- Architect and develop AI-driven applications leveraging Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.

- Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions for enterprise use cases.

- Build and customize Microsoft Copilots across M365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.

- Develop custom connectors, plugins, and AI workflows for Power Apps and Power Automate.

Integration & Deployment :

- Integrate AI services with Microsoft ecosystem components such as Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.

- Optimize prompt engineering, fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs), and AI orchestration for performance and security.

- Implement secure API integrations with external systems.

AI Governance & Compliance :

- Ensure responsible AI practices in alignment with Microsoft Responsible AI Framework.

- Apply data security, privacy, and compliance standards in AI deployments.

Leadership & Mentoring :

- Lead AI solution development teams, provide technical guidance and code reviews.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

- Drive best practices for AI model lifecycle management, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

7+ years in software development with at least 3+ years in AI solution development.

Hands-on experience with :

- Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Service.

- Copilot Studio and building custom copilots.

- Power Platform AI capabilities (AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents).

- RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

Strong knowledge of :

- C#, .NET, PowerShell, Python for AI integrations.

- Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Lake).

- Data engineering and integration within Microsoft Dataverse.

- Familiarity with AI security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

Microsoft certifications like :

- AI-102 : Designing and Implementing an Azure AI Solution

- Any other AI Certification is highly preferred

- Experience implementing enterprise Copilot solutions in M365 or Dynamics 365.

- Exposure to GenAI use cases in enterprise environments.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Ability to lead and mentor teams in a collaborative environment.
