Skills Required :

- Advanced Data Analysis & SQL : Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and performing complex joins, aggregations, and subqueries.

- Data Visualization & Reporting : Expertise in tools like Power BI or Tableau to create interactive dashboards and present insights clearly.

- Statistical & Analytical Thinking : Ability to perform A/B testing, regression analysis, and draw actionable business insights.

- Python/R for Data Processing : Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data.

- Business Acumen & Communication : Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate data into business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform advanced data analysis by writing efficient SQL queries to extract, join, and aggregate large datasets.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

- Design and execute rigorous statistical analyses including A/B testing, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing to derive actionable insights.

- Utilize Python or R, along with libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, to clean, transform, and analyze data.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to understand objectives and translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Extensive experience in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.

- Proven expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

- Strong foundation in statistical analysis and experimental design
