About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI to join our advanced analytics and AI team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI-powered solutions, designing autonomous AI agents, and applying cutting-edge AI research to solve complex business problems.

This role requires a strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and NLP, combined with practical experience in leveraging LLMs and agentic frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, multi-modal models) for business use cases.

- Design and implement autonomous AI agents that can plan, reason, and execute multi-step tasks.

- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for GenAI/Agentic AI adoption in workflows, customer experience, and decision-making.

- Build data pipelines, APIs, and frameworks to integrate AI models into production systems.

- Experiment with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and advanced orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack).

- Evaluate and benchmark model performance for scalability, efficiency, and ethical compliance.

- Stay updated on the latest AI research (LLMs, multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, and reasoning models).

- Present technical solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science/Machine Learning with at least 2+ years in Generative AI/LLMs.

- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

- Strong knowledge of NLP techniques, transformer architectures, and embeddings.

- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.

- Familiarity with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, Anthropic, or similar frameworks/models.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, research, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with multi-agent systems and reinforcement learning.

- Knowledge of knowledge graphs, reasoning engines, or symbolic AI.

- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).

- Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, audio, video integration).

- Contributions to AI research papers, open-source projects, or community initiatives.
