As Senior Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for strategic problem-solving with hands-on DevOps work, designing and building integrations between enterprise platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, Workday, Claude) that enable AI-powered automation and business process innovation.

You'll partner with stakeholders to identify integration opportunities, architect creative solutions, and develop production services using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and Docker.

Working alongside AppDev teams, you'll build MCP servers, RESTful APIs, web interfaces, and middleware that connects our enterprise ecosystem and delivers measurable business value.

Desired Skills And Experience :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years in DevOps engineering roles.

Strong software engineering fundamentals with proven track record of DevOps engineering with enterprise systems :

- Cloud & Infra : Strong Azure experience (Azure Storage, Webapps, Virtual Machines, etc.

- CI/CD : Built pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub.

- Containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.

- IaC & Security : Skilled in Terraform/Bicep/ARM Templates, with solid infra, networking, and security knowledge.

- Scripting : Automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

- Experience building integrations with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Graph API, Entra ID, Azure) or similar enterprise platforms.

- Good understanding of RESTful API design, authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML), and microservices architecture.

- Experience designing event-driven systems, asynchronous processing workflows, data transformation patterns.

- Strong understanding of software testing practices and frameworks.

- Knowledge of API best practices include rate limiting, pagination, webhooks, performance optimization.

- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a small, experienced team.

- Comfortable contributing expertise while respecting existing team structure and dynamics.

Key Responsibilities :

A candidate will be responsible for delivery of work including :

- Design and implement integrations between enterprise platforms using REST APIs, Graph API, and platform specific SDKs.

- Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and agents that connect AI platforms to enterprise platforms, enabling interaction with corporate data and systems.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and design creative integration solutions using AI and emerging platform capabilities.

- Develop containerized backend services, automation scripts, and web applications using Python, PowerShell/Bash, and modern frameworks (Docker, FastAPI, React).

- Implement authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and API key management.

- Design data transformation pipelines and event-driven architectures for system-to-system communication.

- Build RESTful APIs and webhook handlers with proper error handling and retry logic.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for integration endpoints and data flows.
