Experience and Skills :

- 5+ years of relevant work experience.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Axure.

- Strong understanding of design systems, user-centered design principles, and methodologies, including usability, accessibility, and responsive design.

- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools to create interactive mockups and high-fidelity prototypes.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory for all UI/UX roles but beneficial for collaboration with developers).

Role & Responsibilities :

User Research and Testing:

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

- Ability to analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve designs.

- Proficiency in creating user personas, customer journey maps, and storyboards.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders, clients, and team members.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing teams.

- Experience in a collaborative work environment using Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Attention to Detail :

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, pixel-perfect designs.

- Ability to ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines.

Academic & trades qualifications :

- UG Any Graduate(B./B.Tech preferred).
