Role Summary :

- Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs).

- Implement and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for security and compliance.

- Perform upgrades, patching, replication monitoring, and performance tuning of AD servers.

- Configure and manage DNS, DHCP, FSMO roles, trusts, and replication.

- Troubleshoot authentication issues, domain replication, and login failures.

- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of AD infrastructure.

- Conduct regular health checks and security audits of Active Directory.

- Integrate AD with third-party apps and cloud services (Azure AD, O365, etc.).

- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and support to IT operations teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in AD replication, FSMO role management, and Group Policies.

- Experience with hybrid identity environments (On-prem AD with Azure AD).

- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for AD automation.

- Understanding of security best practices for AD and identity management.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, or Azure Identity Specialist) preferred.
