Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Active Directory & Azure Entra ID Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our on-premises Active Directory and cloud-based Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) environments. This role requires a strong understanding of directory services, identity management, and security best practices.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain the health and stability of the on-premises Active Directory environment, including domain controllers, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.

- Design, implement, and manage Azure Entra ID services, including user provisioning, application integration, conditional access policies, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

- Implement and maintain hybrid identity solutions, integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure Entra ID using Azure AD Connect.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Active Directory and Azure Entra ID related issues, providing timely and effective support to end-users.

- Develop and maintain documentation for Active Directory and Azure Entra ID infrastructure, processes, and procedures.

- Implement and enforce security policies and best practices to protect the Active Directory and Azure Entra ID environments from unauthorized access and threats.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting.

- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Active Directory and Azure Entra ID technologies and trends.

- Collaborate with other IT teams, including networking, security, and application development, to ensure

seamless integration of directory services.

- Manage and maintain user accounts, groups, and permissions in both Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.

- Participate in planning and execution of Active Directory and Azure Entra ID upgrades and migrations.

Experience :

- Strong understanding of Active Directory concepts, including domain controllers, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Kerberos.

- Proficiency in Azure Entra ID services, including user provisioning, application integration, conditional access policies, and MFA.

- Experience with hybrid identity solutions and Azure AD Connect.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Strong scripting skills, particularly with PowerShell.

- Knowledge of security best practices for Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with other identity management solutions, such as Okta or Ping Identity.

- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
