Role Overview :

As an Actimize Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the NICE Actimize platform to combat financial crime.

Your day-to-day activities will involve configuring Actimize components, writing custom code, and collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

You will work closely with the AML compliance team, fraud prevention units, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the Actimize system.

Your contributions will directly impact the organization's ability to detect and prevent financial crime, safeguarding its reputation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and configure Actimize solutions, including ActOne, Actimize Risk Case Manager (RCM), and Actimize SAM, to meet specific business needs and regulatory requirements.

- Design and implement custom rules, alerts, and workflows within the Actimize platform to enhance fraud detection and AML compliance for the organization.

- Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather and analyze requirements for Actimize system enhancements and new implementations.

- Perform unit testing and system integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Actimize solutions before deployment to production environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Actimize platform, working closely with the IT infrastructure team and Actimize support.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures, to support the ongoing maintenance and operation of the Actimize system.

- Participate in the planning and execution of Actimize system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and configure Actimize solutions, including ActOne, RCM, and SAM.

- Proven ability to write custom code (e.g., Java, SQL) to extend the functionality of the Actimize platform.

- Strong understanding of AML and fraud prevention principles and regulations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and objectives.

- Adaptable to working in Chennai, Mumbai, or Hyderabad, potentially requiring on-site presence depending on project needs.
