Acronotics - Project Manager - AI/ML

Project Manager (AI/ML Projects) :

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with around 5 years of overall experience, including hands-on experience managing AI/ML projects.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Location : Bengaluru (HBR Layout)

Mode : Work from Office 5 Days a Week

Joining : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Mandatory : Must have experience working on AI Projects

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects from initiation to deployment

- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders

- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Translate business requirements into technical project plans

- Monitor model development lifecycle (data collection, training, validation, deployment)

- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

- Manage stakeholder communication and regular status updates

- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

- Ensure quality benchmarks and performance standards are met

- Support post-deployment monitoring and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of Project Management experience

- Proven experience managing AI/ML or Data Science projects

- Understanding of AI lifecycle, ML workflows, and data pipelines

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams

- Basic understanding of Python, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI frameworks is a plus
