We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager with hands-on experience delivering AI/ML and GenAI projects within enterprise environments. This role combines strong project management leadership with technical fluency, enabling you to work closely with data engineers, AI/ML experts, and cloud architects.

You will drive the successful delivery of a multi-phase GenAI and data platform project, overseeing timelines, dependencies, team output, stakeholder communication, and the orchestration of a hybrid team operating within the Azure AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML & GenAI initiatives across all phases: discovery, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and support

- Manage a team of AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure timely, quality deliverables

- Translate high-level goals into clear technical roadmaps, sprint plans, and deliverables

- Work closely with architects to align system design with delivery timelines and enterprise constraints

- Define and manage project metrics, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

- Own sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery ceremonies using Agile or hybrid methods

- Ensure traceability from business requirements to technical implementation and QA sign-off

- Act as the first technical point of contact with internal stakeholders and external contributors

Required Skills and Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 3 years managing AI/ML and GenAI projects

- Deep familiarity with machine learning, LLM-based systems, and data platform pipelines, ideally in Azure (Fabric, OpenAI, Azure ML, Data Factory, Synapse)

- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams, including AI engineers, data engineers, and business analysts

- Hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Git

- Strong understanding of project lifecycle for cloud-based AI applications, including experimentation, model tuning, evaluation, and production deployment

- Ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs and assist in solution design

- Strong stakeholder communication and status reporting skills, including for non-technical audiences (e.g. CFOs, program sponsors)

- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, vector databases (e.g. Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone)

- Familiarity with forecasting models and time-series ML applications

- PMI-ACP, PMP, or Scrum certifications (preferred but not essential)

- Experience delivering projects in highly regulated or enterprise environments (e.g. manufacturing, finance)
