Job Title : LEAD Full Stack Developer - Web Applications

Key Skills : Python(flask/Django), Reactjs, Nodejs, SQL/Postgres, Azure/AWS/GCP cloud knowledge, Databricks, Data mining

Experience Range : 6 -10 years

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Lead and mentor the developer guild, ensuring best engineering practices and code quality.

- Own and create Low-Level Designs (LLD), ensuring alignment with overall architecture and business requirements.

- Break down LLD into clear, actionable technical tasks for developers.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to define technical solutions.

- Lead the day-to-day technical execution inside the squad.

- Translate the architecture tower's high-level blueprint into detailed designs and implementation plans.

- Ensure the dev team follows coding standards, patterns, and architectural guardrails.

- Make tactical decisions in the squad while escalating strategic architecture topics to the tower.

- Drive code reviews, technical backlog refinement, and estimation.

- Collaborate with Product Manager and the Architecture Tower to guarantee the solution meets functional & Non Functional requirements.

- Ensure proper observability, logging, testing, and performance monitoring in the implementation.

- Will be involved in developing web applications using technologies like React.js, python, Node, C# and azure cloud.

- Effective communication with the Stakeholders and delivering the solutions within the agreed timelines.

- Adhere to Organization defined Standards and industry best practices while executing the solutions

- Strong knowledge of Python libraries and frameworks like Flask, Django, fast api and be a role model to the subordinates/team members.

2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS :

- Degree in computer science or similar stream, with 6+ years experience in Application development, with at least 2 years Relevant experience in leading Digital transformations.

- Experience on developing the digital transformations solutions using using frameworks like Progresive Web Applications, React.js, python (flask, Django, fastapi), Node.js and SQL

- Prior experience in building enterprise applications and hands on with micro service or event driven architectures, Consuming and Integrations of APIs, middleware and webservices.

- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services - Paas services like app services, Storage accounts, PaaS SQL, Container instances etc.

- Strong understand of Object Oriented Models, Oops Concepts, Html, CSS, Javascript, Bootstraps libraries, React components., ADO, webpack, Vite etc

- Strong hands on experience in building SQL Queries, optimizations, profiling etc.

- Familiar with office applications like Excels and O365 apps will be an advantage

- Strong logical thinking, reasoning, problem solving skills.
