Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ACI MTS Developer/Senior Developer with strong expertise in ACI MTS, Java, Mainframe COBOL, SQL, and cross-border payment messaging. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting ACI MTS components and transaction workflows, with a strong focus on payment message transformation and production stability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, enhance, and optimize components within ACI MTS.

- Work on routing rules, adapters, UPF logic, transformation engines, and transaction workflows.

- Develop and maintain payment processing solutions using Java and Mainframe COBOL.

- Write and optimize SQL queries for application development and troubleshooting.

- Implement and maintain cross-border payment message transformations.

- Work with SWIFT MT messages, including MT103 and MT202.

- Handle CHIPS ISO and FED ISO 20022 messaging formats.

- Develop robust mappings using XML, XSLT, and XSD.

- Perform schema validation, message enrichment, and transformation to ensure accurate payment processing.

- Analyze and resolve production issues related to messaging, transaction processing, and application workflows.

- Participate in application deployments and ensure smooth implementation across environments.

- Collaborate with business, technology, testing, and support teams to deliver reliable payment solutions.

- Follow established development, testing, release, and production support processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with ACI MTS.

- Proficiency in Java and Mainframe COBOL.

- Strong SQL skills.

- Experience working with payment processing and transaction workflows.

- Hands-on experience with SWIFT MT messaging (MT103 / MT202), CHIPS ISO, FED ISO 20022, XML / XSLT / XSD, Message transformation and mapping, Schema validation, and Message enrichment.

- Experience with routing rules, adapters, UPF logic, and transformation engines within ACI MTS.

- Good understanding of application deployment and production support practices.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
