Functional Responsibility :

- Create and Maintain project plans with versions for projects tracked.

- Ensure documentations/ deliverables as per the project management methodology, change requests,

approvals and sign offs, ensure required documentation versions, formats, quality and compliance, periodic reviews

- Coordinate for meetings, draft minutes, follow up on action Items and report progress/ status reports, Manage vendor timesheets

- Maintain folder structures in Document management system, Backup management

- Facilitate communications to multiple stakeholders

- Prepare MIS reports and data formats as required for meetings with CEOs, HODs, business units and vendors.

- Maintain the department budget.

- Track the vendors for cost incurred and report the budget plan vs actuals.

- Support management with other ad-hoc requirements


- Handle client and stakeholder communication, ensuring all expectations are met or exceeded.

- Lead project teams, fostering collaboration, and providing guidance and support to team members.

- Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and ensure continuous improvement for future projects.

Desired Candidate Profile :


Minimum Education :

- B.Tech/ BE/ Graduate in Computer Science Experience

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Project management / PMO role and Project management tools (mandatory MS project desktop and online version)


- Experience in SAP process knowledge

- PMP certification

- Manufacturing /Pharma /3 years of Project mgmt or PMO experience in a consulting environment

- Desired Education : B Tech/ BE/ Graduate in Computer Science Experience

- 8 years of experience in preparing project documentation and reports, maintaining system based documentations for a business functions, and MIS preparation Shown on internal and external posting


Technical Competencies :

- Experience as PMO Manager on medium, complex projects/ several project initiatives simultaneously

- Proven experience in managing ERP implementations, CRM, SalesForce, Oracle, SAP, etc

- Project Management Financial Acumen worked on change control or Validation/Compliance roles in an organization to ensure CSV compliance / process compliance sound knowledge of SAP & MS Office


- Understanding of SDLC (software development life cycle ) process
