Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Analyze HR business processes and gather requirements to design effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions aligned with organizational needs.


- Configure Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent Management, and Recruiting (as applicable).


- Prepare functional design documents for enhancements, reports, workflows, integrations, and extensions.


- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to implement best practices and standard Oracle capabilities while minimizing customizations.


- Support end-to-end testing activities, including system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).


- Assist in data migration efforts by mapping, validating, cleansing, and reconciling HR data across systems.


- Resolve production issues by performing root-cause analysis and implementing permanent corrective solutions.


- Train HR teams on newly deployed functionality, create user guides, and support change management

initiatives.


- Work closely with technical teams to validate integrations, reports (OTBI/BI Publisher), workflows, and security setups.


- Participate in Oracles quarterly update cycles to analyze impact, test new features, and ensure smooth adoption.


- Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards.


- Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements, roadmap updates, and industry best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud with hands-on experience in one or more sub-modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting).


- Deep understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, time tracking, payroll operations, talent development, and workforce planning.


- Strong ability to translate business requirements into detailed configurations and functional specifications.


- Experience preparing FDDs, BRDs, test cases, and training documents.


- Proficiency in troubleshooting HCM configuration, workflows, approval rules, and security roles.


- Strong understanding of cross-module dependencies, workforce structures, and enterprise setups.


- Ability to support both implementation and production support activities in an HCM environment.
