ACG Infotech - IT Administrator

Description :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and support day-to-day technical operations.

This role involves managing systems, networks, cloud environments, and ensuring seamless IT experiences for all users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage, monitor, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure including servers, systems, networks, and endpoints.

- Handle cloud deployments, backups, and disaster recovery procedures, ensuring strong security and compliance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, hardware, and software issues efficiently.

- Ensure smooth daily IT operations and provide timely support for all internal users.

- Implement security patches, software updates, and configuration changes across systems.

- Maintain detailed documentation for IT processes, configurations, and asset inventories.

- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external support teams as required.

- Set up and manage user accounts, access permissions, and identity controls across systems and applications.

- Monitor system performance and proactively detect and resolve potential issues.

- Support IT onboarding/offboarding, including device setup, software installation, and access provisioning.

Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration.

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, and security best practices.

- Familiarity with system monitoring tools, backup utilities, and diagnostic tools.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and ensure high service availability
