Position Purpose :

Analyze workforce data and deliver actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision making across Human Resources. This role combines strong HR domain expertise with advanced reporting, analytics, dashboard development, automation, and HR data platform management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, scorecards, and People Analytics reporting.

- Analyze headcount, attrition, retention, recruiting, diversity, engagement, performance, and workforce planning metrics.

- Partner with HR stakeholders to provide actionable workforce insights and recommendations.

- Build reports, visualizations, and executive presentations using Power BI and other reporting tools.

- Automate recurring reporting and analytics processes using SQL, Excel, and Python where appropriate.

- Gather, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from UKG, Darwinbox, and other HRIS, HRMS, and HR technology platforms.

- Support HR data integrations, data modeling, and analytics data structures to enable accurate workforce reporting and insights.

- Support workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

- Perform data quality reviews and collaborate with HR Technology teams to resolve data issues.

- Support employee listening and survey analytics initiatives.

- Maintain KPI definitions, reporting documentation, SOPs, and data governance standards.

- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements.

Critical Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Analytics, Statistics, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or HR Reporting.

- Strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills.

- Strong SQL skills.

- Experience with UKG, Darwinbox, or similar HRIS, HRMS, or HR technology platforms.

- Strong experience designing and managing HR data platforms on AWS, including data integrations, data modeling, and analytics infrastructure.

- Ability to translate business questions into analytical insights.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience handling confidential workforce data.

Additional Qualifications :

- Python scripting experience preferred.

- Experience supporting global organizations or GCC environments.

- Experience with Qualtrics, employee listening, or survey analytics preferred.
