Position : System Engineer

Work Location : Rajkot (Work From Office)

Role Overview :

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the organizations internal IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth day-to-day system operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain internal servers, networks, and IT infrastructure

- Monitor and support hardware, software, and end-user systems

- Ensure endpoint security, system updates, and access controls

- Manage backup and recovery processes

- Troubleshoot IT issues and provide timely support

- Coordinate with vendors for IT services, hardware, and software

- Maintain IT documentation and asset records

- Ensure uninterrupted operation of IT systems

Required Skills :

- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux servers

- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, switches, firewalls)

- Experience handling desktops, laptops, hardware, and peripherals

- Familiarity with endpoint security, antivirus, and patch management

- Experience with backup and restore processes

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to coordinate with vendors

- Basic documentation and reporting skills
