Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day administration including user management, security management, object and associated metadata configuration/customizations
- Handle configuration and customization of Sales Cloud processes (Lead to Cash)
- Analyse lead quality and optimize lead-routing workflows to improve conversion efficiency.
- Manage Account, Opportunity, and Lead ownership assignments based on territory mapping.
- Maintain data hygiene and drive initiatives to reduce duplicates and inconsistencies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, data errors, and performance
- Respond to urgent user requests, access issues, or process failures.
- Log, track, and close incidents through the internal ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow). Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related questions and incident resolution.
- Build and Manage reports and dashboards as requested by Business Teams
- Perform data loads (using Data Loader), data merge and maintain data hygiene
- Maintain documentation for incidents, SOPs, admin processes, and nightly operational tasks.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to work cohesively across multiple teams involved in the sales cycle.
- Maintain a composed and solution-focused mindset while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications And Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator on Salesforce Platform
- Salesforce Platform Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications
- Efficient in Merging Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities(consolidation) and Lead Conversion.
- Hands on Experience with Sales Cloud. Strong knowledge on Lead to Cash and Quote to Cash process
- Experience handling incident management and operational requests
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong understanding of SOQL query. Ability to build SOQL queries using standard and custom object relationships
Preferred Qualifications And Skills:
- Experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of Apex basics
