About The Role.

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium, Java, and Cucumber for test automation.

The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience with performance testing using LoadRunner to ensure our applications deliver optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.

This role involves collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to create and maintain robust test automation frameworks and performance testing strategies.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 7-10 years of experience in QA Automation with Selenium and Java.

- Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber BDD frameworks.

- Understanding of performance testing concepts with LoadRunner or equivalent tools.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.

- Experience testing REST APIs and web services.

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java and Cucumber.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across web and API layers.

- Execute performance and load testing using LoadRunner (or similar tools), analyze results, and identify bottlenecks.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD integration of automated test suites.

- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data to support various phases of testing.

- Document and communicate defects clearly, and track their resolution with the development team.

- Continuously improve test automation frameworks, tools, and processes.
