Job Title : Senior UI Developer (ReactJS)

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior UI Developer with a strong background in ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in developing scalable, high performance, and user-friendly web applications, along with strong collaboration skills and a keen eye for design and usability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient front-end solutions using ReactJS, Redux, and JavaScript.

- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into interactive user interfaces.

- Implement reusable components, optimize application performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and asynchronous services using RESTful APIs.

- Maintain code quality through proper documentation, unit testing, and code reviews.

- Ensure adherence to front-end architecture standards, best practices, and accessibility guidelines.

- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, actively participating in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate using version control systems like GIT and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

- Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and propose improvements for product performance and maintainability.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of professional experience in UI/Front-end development.

- Minimum 4 years of recent, hands-on experience in ReactJS development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Solid understanding of modern web architectures, component-based design, and asynchronous service communication (REST)

- Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as JIRA or similar.

- Strong understanding of front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).

- Proficient in version control systems (GIT) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
