Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our project team. This is a key role responsible for driving agile practices, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring effective delivery. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in SAFe and Scrum methodologies but will also have a strong technical background to independently lead discussions and interact with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure effective outcomes.

- Guide and coach the team on Agile / SAFe practices, ensuring adherence to principles and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate closely with external teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

- Drive technical discussions and meetings independently, demonstrating a sound understanding of technical concepts.

- Identify and remove impediments to ensure the smooth progress of the team.

- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and transparency within the team.

- Support product owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 - 7 years of overall experience with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum and SAFe methodologies.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with external teams and clients.

- Good technical background, with the ability to understand technical terminology and engage in technical discussions.

- Proven experience in driving agile adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Certification in CSM / PSM / SAFe
