Accion Labs - Project Manager - PMP Certified

Must-Have Requirements :

Experience :

- 10+ years project management (PMP certified preferred)

- Fixed-price/milestone-based project delivery

- IT implementation or enterprise platform projects

- Cross-cultural team management (US + India)

- Healthcare or regulated industry preferred

Skills :

- Agile and Waterfall methodologies

- MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps

- Executive stakeholder management (C-suite presentations)

- Risk and issue management

- Excellent English communication

- Time zone flexibility (2-3 hours daily overlap with US EST)

Nice-to-Have :

- Healthcare IT (HIPAA/FDA), Microsoft Purview projects, Multi-cloud experience

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

- Lead project planning across milestones

- Develop and maintain project schedule, resource plan, work breakdown structure

- Coordinate 9-10 team members across US and India

- Track effort burn, schedule variance, quality metrics

Stakeholder Management :

- Manage communications with CTO/CDO and Data Governance Lead

- Prepare weekly status reports and executive dashboards

- Facilitate bi-weekly steering committee meetings

- Present project status to C-level stakeholders

Risk & Issue Management :

- Maintain risk register, mitigation plans, escalation protocols

- Lead issue resolution and change request assessment

- Escalate blockers proactively to Delivery Manager and sponsors

Team Coordination :

- Facilitate daily standups with technical team

- Coordinate between Senior Architect (USA), BA (USA), and India engineers

- Track deliverable quality and acceptance criteria

- Maintain project artifacts (charter, RACI, meeting notes)
