Job Title : Product Owner E-commerce & Supply Chain Platforms

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our digital commerce team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about building scalable eCommerce solutions and optimizing order management and supply chain processes.

You will be responsible for defining product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving the delivery of innovative features that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The position requires collaboration with US-based stakeholders and flexibility to work during IndiaUS overlapping hours, including late evenings when required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the product roadmap for digital commerce solutions, with a strong focus on order management, inventory visibility, and supply chain optimization.

- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows).

- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.

- Prioritize backlogs and manage sprints using Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements.

- Partner with supply chain, logistics, and eCommerce teams to streamline fulfillment, reduce order cycle time, and enhance platform capabilities.

- Ensure product solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with overall business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the eCommerce, retail, or supply chain domains.

- Strong understanding of order lifecycle management, fulfillment processes, and backend systems integration (ERP, OMS, WMS).

- Proven experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

- Ability to articulate a clear product vision and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in driving end-to-end product delivery in high-volume transaction environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in B2B eCommerce platforms or marketplaces.

- Familiarity with APIs, microservices architecture, or cloud-native platforms.

- Exposure to data analytics and KPIs related to supply chain and order performance.
