About the Role :

We are seeking a Gen AI Developer with a strong background in building, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and Prompt Engineering, along with strong programming skills in Python and a solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement GenAI solutions using state-of-the-art LLMs and RAG architectures.

- Build and optimize prompt pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases for contextual responses.

- Fine-tune pre-trained language models for domain-specific tasks and ensure optimal model performance.

- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to design scalable AI-driven applications.

- Integrate AI components into existing systems and APIs for real-time user interactions.

- Conduct performance benchmarking and continuously improve model efficiency.

- Stay up to date with emerging GenAI frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills :

- GenAI Development : Hands-on experience with building generative AI applications.

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) : Proficiency in retrieval pipelines and vector database integrations (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).

- LLMs : Experience with models like GPT, Llama, Mistral, or similar open-source frameworks.

- Prompt Engineering : Ability to craft, optimize, and automate prompts for improved model output.

- Programming : Strong expertise in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API).

- Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) : Solid understanding and application in optimizing AI workflows.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
