Senior Frontend Developer

Accellor is an AI-native services firm helping global enterprises modernize their architectures and deliver measurable business outcomes through AI, data, and engineering. We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to build fast, reliable, accessible, and high-quality web applications. The role involves owning frontend features from design to production and using AI coding tools to improve development, testing, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build responsive, high-quality web applications based on Figma designs.

- Develop reusable components and contribute to shared component libraries.

- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs and manage application state effectively.

- Optimize application performance and ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.

- Write unit and end-to-end tests to maintain code quality and reliability.

- Review code, establish frontend development standards, and mentor junior developers.

- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and QA teams in Agile environments.

- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, refactoring, debugging, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of professional frontend development experience.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Solid experience with React; experience with Angular or Vue is also considered.

- Familiarity with modern styling approaches such as Tailwind CSS or CSS Modules.

- Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.

- Good understanding of Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong communication skills and experience working with clients or stakeholders.

AI Tools & Workflow :

- Daily hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.

- Ability to use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and design-to-code workflows.

- Ability to provide clear context and instructions to AI tools to ensure generated code follows team standards.

- Strong code review practices to validate AI-generated code for quality, correctness, and security before merging.

Good to Have :

- Experience building AI-powered frontend features, including chat interfaces or LLM API integrations.

- Familiarity with Next.js or Node.js.

- Experience developing enterprise platforms or large-scale applications.
