Accelleron - Project Specialist - SAP Platform

We are seeking a Project Specialist to join our Central Operations team in Vadodara.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to global projects for service operations, with a focus on Order to Cash (O2C) and Contract to Cash (C2C) management processes, ensuring smooth execution, compliance, and efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with GPOs (Global process owners) , cross-functional teams across regions, contributing to ongoing projects, process improvements, and SAP S/4HANA system enhancements.

In this position, you will report to the Division Support Manager within the Central Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyse and prioritize change requests in O2C and C2C processes.

- Provide project support for O2C/C2C initiatives linked to other projects such as, spare part pricing condition, e-invoicing, tax clean-up, service requests and O2C and C2C form changes.

- Enhancement of special processes such as warranty, return orders, intercompany processes, down payments, scrap handling, etc.

- Identify process pain points through feedback and ticket monitoring, defining improvement initiatives.

- Create user manuals, develop process documentation, and maintain process mapping in Signavio.

- Monitor and support SAP upgrades related to sales and service processes.

- Ensure compliance with global standards and contribute to continuous improvement in O2C operations.

- Other topics linked to these processes, such as webinars, user acceptance testing, SAP upgrade and process changes newsletters.

- Other tasks based on requirements.

Your Background :

- B.Tech/ MBA /Diploma in Engg. or other equivalent qualifications.

- 3 years of experience on working on SAP or other ERP systems.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in sales and service modules.

- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UATs) and system/process validation.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse cultures.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support global time zones
