Role Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator with strong expertise in identity management, security infrastructure, networking, and enterprise system administration. The ideal candidate should be hands-on in Active Directory, ADFS, Proxy/Web Gateway solutions, and FortiGate firewall administration.

Core Skills Required :

Active Directory (AD) :

- User and group management

- OU design, structure, and delegation

- Group Policy (GPO) creation, application, and troubleshooting

- Active Directory replication monitoring and health checks

- DNS and DHCP integration with AD

- AD security hardening and best practices implementation

ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services) :

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of ADFS

- Claims-based authentication setup

- SSO integration with applications using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC

- Configuration of trust relationships (Relying Party Trusts)

- Certificate lifecycle management

- Troubleshooting authentication and federation issues

Proxy / Web Gateway :

(Examples : Sophos, Zscaler, Blue Coat, Squid)

- Proxy configuration and policy management

- URL filtering and internet access control policies

- SSL inspection (HTTPS decryption and inspection)

- Active Directory-based authentication integration

- Troubleshooting user internet access issues

- Traffic monitoring, logging, and reporting

FortiGate Firewall :

- Firewall policy creation and management (Layer 3 / Layer 7 rules)

- NAT, VIP, and routing configuration

- VPN setup and management (SSL VPN, IPsec VPN)

- Web filtering and application control policies

- Intrusion Prevention System (IPS/IDS) configuration

- Firmware upgrades, patching, and maintenance

- Log analysis and monitoring (FortiAnalyzer experience is a plus)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure and security systems

- Ensure high availability of AD, network, and security services

- Monitor system health, performance, and security compliance

- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and access issues

- Support user authentication, access control, and identity management

- Collaborate with IT, security, and application teams

- Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and policies

- Implement security best practices across infrastructure

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- 3 to 7 years of experience as System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer

- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and ADFS

- Experience with Proxy/Web Gateway tools (Sophos, Zscaler, Blue Coat, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of FortiGate firewall administration

- Good understanding of networking, DNS, DHCP, and security concepts

- Experience in troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure issues

- Strong analytical and communication skills

Good to Have :

- Certifications : Microsoft, CCNA, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent

- Experience in healthcare or enterprise IT environments

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure)

- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Bash)

- Exposure to SIEM or SOC tools
