In this hands-on leadership role, youll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise network that spans across corporate offices, data centers, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

This is more than just a traditional networking role youll be a key player in modernizing our infrastructure through automation, cloud adoption, and strong security practices. Youll ensure our environments are always-on, high-performing, and secure by leading initiatives across on-premises and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Enterprise Network Design & Support: Architect, implement, and maintain highly available network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers across Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, and F5 platforms.

- Cloud Networking: Build and manage robust cloud connectivity including VPCs, Transit Gateways (TGWs), VPNs, Direct Connect, load balancing, and firewall configurations in AWS and Azure environments.

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use tools like Terraform and Ansible to automate network provisioning and configuration, improving consistency, scalability, and speed of deployment.

- Troubleshooting & Protocols: Troubleshoot complex network issues involving the full TCP/IP stack, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and VPN tunnels across hybrid environments.

- Monitoring & Visibility: Manage and support enterprise-grade monitoring and logging tools such as SolarWinds, AppDynamics, and Syslog servers. Ensure comprehensive visibility and rapid incident response capability.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with InfoSec, DevOps, and other engineering teams on large-scale infrastructure projects, audits, and incident response initiatives.

What You Bring :

- Experience: 7+ years of experience in enterprise networking, including both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

- Cloud Expertise: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure networking components and security.

Technical Skills :

- Deep knowledge of Cisco (Nexus/Catalyst), Meraki, Palo Alto firewalls, and F5 load balancers.

- Strong understanding of network security, VPNs, segmentation, and firewall policies.

- Proficiency with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and troubleshooting Layer 2/3 issues.

- Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS) and secure network design principles.

- Automation & Scripting: Working knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a strong plus.

- Certifications (Preferred): CCNP, PCNSE, AWS Certified Advanced Networking or equivalent.
