Abbott - Software Test Engineer I - Manual & Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated regression tests using Selenium WebDriver and other tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create detailed test plans.

- Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and validate fixes.

- Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders.

- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.

- Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.

- Perform performance and load testing using tools like LoadRunner or equivalents.

- Stay updated on emerging testing technologies and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in software testing, with hands-on expertise in manual and automated testing.

- Proficiency in C# and JavaScript for automation scripting.

- Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.

- Understanding of performance and load testing tools and methodologies.

- Strong grasp of testing principles, QA methodologies, and SDLC best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
