Role : Manager - Audio Visual and Animation

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of animators, editors, videographers, and AV technicians.

- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to align visual storytelling with

brand strategy.

Technical Execution :

- Direct and manage live leadership video shoots, ensuring high production quality.

- Utilize Cinema 4D, Blender, and other industry-standard tools for modeling, rendering, and

animation.

- Integrate augmented reality (AR) elements into visual content where applicable.

Photography & Cinematography :

- Lead high-end photography and videography sessions, including lighting, composition, and

post-production.

Quality & Innovation :

- Ensure all outputs meet technical and creative standards.

- Drive innovation in storytelling using emerging technologies like AR/VR.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Animation, Film Production, Visual Arts, or related field.

Proven Expertise In :

- Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)

- Live video production and direction

- Professional photography and lighting techniques

- Augmented Reality (AR) integration

- Strong leadership and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in a creative agency or in-house brand studio.

- Familiarity with Unity/Unreal Engine for AR/VR content.

- Knowledge of sound design and audio post-production.
