About the Opportunity :

We are building a core team of 56 experienced Subject Matter Experts to drive a significant transformation initiative in our sub-ledger ecosystem. This team will be instrumental in stabilizing the current system landscape over the next 6 to 9 months and will play a key role in designing and implementing a scalable and future-ready architecture. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge SAP technologies in the banking and financial services domain.

COTS Products in Scope :

The project will involve SAP Fioneers Financial Products Sub Ledger (FPSL), Financial Services Data Model (FSDM), and Performance and Profitability Management (PaPM).

Technical Skills Required :

- Candidates must have expertise in SAP ABAP programming, S/4 HANA databases, XSA, SDI, and Flowgraphs. Experience with SAP FIORI, Node.js, and OData is also essential.

- Additional requirements include proficiency in SAP Basis & Security, BOBJ and integration technologies, and ideally, experience in BOBJ to SAC migration.

- Familiarity with Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) for orchestration and scheduling is expected.

- Candidates should also possess Unix Shell Scripting skills and experience with DevOps practices using Azure DevOps (ADO).

- A strong understanding of database concepts, particularly columnar databases, is necessary.

SAP Fioneer Product-Specific Expertise :

- For FPSL, candidates should have experience with core configuration, data modeling, and the CVPM framework.

- A solid understanding of functional processes such as day-end, period-end, and year-end processing, balance carry forward, and adjustment/register processes is important.

- For PaPM, hands-on experience in configuring allocation tooling is required.

- For FSDM, candidates should demonstrate strong data modeling skills, especially within the banking and financial services sector.

Functional Domain Knowledge :

A deep understanding of general ledger and sub-ledger accounting processes is crucial, including generating accounting events, FX revaluation, and balance sheet reclassification.

- Exposure to banking products in areas such as Financial Markets, Trade Finance, and Core Finance is highly desirable.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP and financial platforms.

- Prior hands-on experience with SAP Fioneers FPSL, FSDM, and PaPM is highly preferred.

- Candidates must exhibit strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination abilities.

- Availability for full-time onsite work in Chennai, Bangalore, or Singapore is mandatoryremote or hybrid work is not permitted.
