About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who can lead complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of project management expertise, technical understanding, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within timelines, scope, and budget.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, milestones, and deliverables.

- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

- Coordinate with engineering, QA, product, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance, and quality standards.

- Mentor and guide team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in IT/technical project management.

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and client communications.

- Strong technical background to understand and guide technical discussions.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

- PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications are a plus.
