AAPMOR - SAP Solution Manager - ChaRM Configuration

We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Solution Manager functionalities, with hands-on experience in CBTA (Component-Based Test Automation), Focused Insights, and ChaRM (Change Request Management).

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and its key modules.

- Manage and enhance ALM processes, including Change Management, Test Management, and IT Service Management.

- Develop and maintain Focused Insights dashboards for reporting and monitoring.

- Configure and execute CBTA for automation of test cases.

- Integrate SolMan with other SAP systems and cloud solutions.

- Monitor system performance, perform upgrades, and ensure system stability.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support project delivery.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience (9+ years) in SAP Solution Manager 7.2.

- Hands-on expertise in ChaRM, CBTA, and Focused Insights.

- Proficiency in Solution Documentation, Technical Monitoring, and Root Cause Analysis.

- Experience with System Landscape Management (SLD/LMDB).

- Good understanding of SAP BASIS and authorization concepts.

- Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Preferred :

- SAP certifications related to Solution Manager.

- Experience in SAP Cloud ALM will be an added advantage
