6D Technologies - Senior Technical Lead

Your Responsibilities :

- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.

- Define the roadmap and feature enhancements be made on the Order Management product based on the market / customer needs.

- Lead the product team to enhance the product capabilities

- Lead the project teams in terms of guiding on the right way / architecture to implement the customisations in a quick and efficient manner.

- Take lead of scrum teams as the Technical Architect / Product Owner

- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.

- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work-on

- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

- Efficient Team Management skills.

- Good understanding on multi-threading, server architecture, container platforms, micro-services, orchestration etc.

- Creating/choosing application frameworks based on requirements.

- Server-Side programing skills.

- Problem solving and understanding skills.

Required Skills :

- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Java

- Deep architectural understanding of web applications

- Good knowledge in some back-end technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, SQL

- Java - Springboot knowledge is a must

- Understanding and working knowledge on messaging queues like kafka and caching solutions like redis

- React /Angular- Frontend - knowledge is desired

- Frontend - Basic understanding of the libraries

- Basic CI/CD operations - Deployments/Pipelines/Debugging should be known

- Knowledge on kubernetes and docker, working knowledge on clouds like AWS, Azure etc will be add-on

- Deep understanding of data structures, in particular, how they are implemented and how to apply them to solve problems

- Proven experience in Team management and grooming team members technically

- Capability to own end to end product, define product features , backlog management such as planning of the tasks smartly to get it implemented in a fast paced agile environment.

- Capability to understand business requirements and ability to convert them to technical solutions.

- Own product , do low level design on the features and define product scope by discussing with different stake holders like solution architects, product owners , scrum masters etc

- Passion for collaborating, tackling hard problems and not being afraid to ask questions

- A real appetite for learning and growing, both as a developer and teammate

- Excellent interpersonal skills with proficient English (both spoken and written)

- Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns and an engineering discipline to produce software with quality

- Passion for software engineering and getting stuff done using pragmatic approaches to iterate towards solutions for hard problems.
