Position Summary :

We are looking for a Salesforce Communication Cloud Developer with 3- 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on expertise in Communication Cloud (or Industries Cloud/Vlocity).

The developer will be responsible for building, customizing, and integrating solutions to support Lead-to-Quote processes and ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain OmniStudio components (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts).

- Build custom Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Apex classes, Triggers, and Flows to extend Communication Cloud functionality.

- Implement approval workflows, validations, and automation aligned with business requirements

- Develop and support API integrations (REST/SOAP) with MuleSoft or other middleware.

- Enable bidirectional synchronization for Leads, Quotes, Contracts, Orders, Invoices, and Assets.

- Work on multi-entity and multi-currency configurations.

- Ensure compliance with security standards including RBAC and OAuth2 authentication.

- Write unit tests (75%+ coverage) for all Apex classes and triggers.

- Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup with version control and automated deployments.

- Work closely with functional consultants, QA engineers, and integration teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Provide technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3- 5 years Salesforce development experience, with minimum 1 year in Communication Cloud / Industries Cloud (Vlocity).

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lead-to-Quote process.

- Hands-on expertise in :

1. OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).

2. Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch Classes.

3. API Integration (REST, SOAP).

- Experience with multi-entity/multi-currency setups.

- Salesforce certifications preferred :

1. Platform Developer I (mandatory)

2. Platform Developer I (Good to have)

3. Communication Cloud Accredited Professional (or Vlocity certs).

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Good communication and ability to work in an agile/sprint-based environment.

- Self-driven and detail-oriented with focus on code quality and scalability.
