Role Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive 3LS Support Engineer to join our cloud-native engineering team. This role demands hands-on experience in automation development, container technologies, and troubleshooting cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver with a passion for reliability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and JavaScript

- Provide third-level support for cloud-native applications, ensuring quick resolution of complex issues

- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to enhance automation frameworks

- Work with TOSCA and Mistral engine for orchestration and test automation

- Manage and troubleshoot containerized environments using OpenShift, Docker, and Helm

- Monitor and optimize application performance in production environments

- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for knowledge sharing

- Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines

- Ensure secure and scalable operations in a Linux-based infrastructure

Required Competencies

- 5+ years of experience in software development and test automation

- End-to-end experience in automation within cloud-native environments

- Strong scripting skills in Python and JavaScript

- Familiarity with SQL and basic networking concepts

- Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Docker, Helm, and container technologies

- Proficient in Linux system administration and troubleshooting

- Exposure to TOSCA and Mistral automation tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
