Experience : 10 - 15+ years in IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery

Key Skills & Expertise :

- Strong background in IT Infrastructure (Data Center, Networks, Cloud, End-User Computing, Security)

- Proven experience managing large-scale infra operations & service delivery teams

- Expertise in incident, change, and problem management

- Vendor and stakeholder management at a senior level

- Ability to drive automation, process optimisation & continuous improvement

- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks & service excellence metrics

- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
