Job Description

Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the in-house Salesforce development initiatives, define architecture, implement DevOps practices, and collaborate across departments to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, leadership qualities, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle including analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Define and implement enterprise-grade DevOps processes using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub/Bitbucket, SonarQube, and Checkmarx.

- Manage internal development teams and oversee integrations with third-party applications and internal systems.

- Continuously evaluate and optimize Salesforce applications to support evolving business needs.

- Develop and drive cloud migration strategies, selecting appropriate tools and services for a single or multi-cloud setup.

- Ensure all development activities are aligned with IT control policies and corporate architectural standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.

- Establish and uphold high standards in design, code quality, testing, and deployment.

- Stay informed of the latest Salesforce features, tools, and industry trends to keep the platform future-ready.

- Demonstrate strong communication and reasoning skills, acting as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.

- Strong command over Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Components, and Apex development.

- Proven experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines in a Salesforce environment.

- Expertise in cloud architecture, system integration, and data governance.

- Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect) preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
